Shipping Schedule / Processing of orders
Order processing and shipment preparation can take up to 2-7 business days.
Please understand it may take longer to process and ship your order in the cases below:
- I received the order on the weekend or during a holiday;
- I received a lot of orders at once;
- I received the order during the busiest seasons;
- I received the order during periods of bad weather and/or natural disasters;
- The postal service or other delivery service is experiencing delays.

- Kyushu: ¥800
- Okinawa: ¥1,000
Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.
Your order will be complete and confirmed after you receive the order confirmation email.
Depending on your country and/or region, there might be some shipping restrictions.
If delivery to your country or region is not available, I will contact you via e-mail and start the refund process.
Please note that international shipping may be subject to tax or customs duty. You may be required to pay customs fees when you receive your parcel.
Exchanges & Returns
Please check for defects or damages as soon as you receive your product.
If the product you received is different from what you ordered, or if it was damaged during shipment, please notify me within 7 days of reception.
If you received the wrong item
Please contact me and we will rectify your order.
If your item is faulty / If your item was damaged during shipment
Please contact me and we will arrange for an exchange. When possible, I will send you the same product.
However, exchanges are not always possible as some of my products are unique. In that case, I will arrange for a refund.
I cannot offer a refund or exchange in cases other than the ones above. Example of cases where refunds and exchanges are not possible are:
- Exchange/Refund requested more than 8 days after reception of the product;
- Product damaged by the customer;
- Product used by the customer;
- Product altered by the customer;
- Original package and/or additional parts damaged or missing.
All products are handmade, for that reason some products may differ slightly from the product images. Additionally, slight bends and dents as well as black specks are to be expected. These come from the fact that the product is handmade and add to its character - for that reason they cannot be used as a reason for a refund or exchange.
